The system is formed by 3 components:

- Cutting Bar Electronic Unit installed on the cutting bar frame (vibration sensors in contact with the frame);

- Leds Dashboard Unit in the tractor cabin (for feedbacks to the driver)

- Portable Data Display Unit

FUNCTIONS

PTO speed recognition divided in 3 ranges:540 rpm - 735 rpm -1000 rpm
working time of the Cutting Bar per speed(recorded by [working minutes] / [speed range] )
working temperatures of the Cutting Bar gear box oil considering the following 4 ranges: less than 50°C, [50-70] °C, [70-90] °C, more than 90°C
PTO speed and warning feedback to the tractor driver (4 Leds unit in the dashboard: 540rpm - wrong speed - mec. warnings -temp. warnings)
recognition of warnings caused by shocks and unbalancing rotors
connection to a Portable Display and to a PC to transfer data
internal battery for one month of work with no external battery
