This result completes a development plan declined over a three-year time frame that has led the System from a fragmented configuration to a standardized management model at all the sites and harmonized on the 3 schemes (Quality, Safety and Environment), taking full advantage of the synergies offered by the common structure of standards (High Level Structure).

Launched in 2017, this ambitious integration project has developed through multiple regulatory reviews, various organizational and manufacturing footprint changes (start-up of the Jiaxing Plant) and involving all areas and processes.

This year, based on the sampling rules provided by the standard, the audit cycle was conducted by RINA Certification Body at the Jiaxing Plant in China and Via Magellano 37 in Reggiolo, also involving the Headquarter and the Testing & Validation Area; they confirmed on July 24th the overall compliance of the Comer Industries Integrated System to the standards, with some minor nonconformities detected in the field of health management and safety and quality. The audit also highlighted the Company progress in environmental management, sustainability and digitization, as well as in the processes of integration and continuous improvement.

Achieving this goal now lays the basis for new projects aimed at getting an increasingly lean and integrated management business model to support simplification and efficiency, in line with the "easy" thinking of the Company.
