COMER INDUSTRIES OBTAINS THE GOLD MEDAL FROM ECOVADIS AND B RATING FROM CDP ON CARBON AND WATER

Comer Industries announces that it has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal, one of the world’s most authoritative sustainability performance assessment systems. As part of the overall assessment, the Group achieved the 97th percentile, placing it among the top 5% of more than 89,000 companies assessed globally.
The assessment is based on four key pillars: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The Group’s performance across these areas reflects a structured and integrated approach to sustainability, extended throughout the entire value chain.
At the same time as the Gold Medal award, EcoVadis also placed Comer Industries in the Leader category for emissions management, recognizing the Group as a best-in-class company for the implementation of decarbonization projects.
In line with the recognition received from EcoVadis, CDP has also confirmed Comer Industries’ B rating for both Climate Change and Water Security, attesting to the robustness of the approach and the continuity of improvement actions in managing environmental impacts.
These results were achieved one year ahead of the roadmap defined in the Group’s sustainability strategy, demonstrating the effectiveness of the initiatives implemented and the ability to create value for all stakeholders.
