Comer Industries is continually working to reduce its environmental impact and has been recognized for its efforts. The latest initiative to promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle is called ‘JOBBIKE’. This modern form of bicycle leasing allows employees to use bicycles for work and personal use.
Comer Industries wants to motivate its employees to switch from cars or public transport to bicycles to make a positive impact on their own health and the planet.
The initiative is currently being launched at a pilot site in Lohmar, North Rhine-Westphalia, for the employees of Walterscheid GmbH, to test the whole process. In parallel, examinations are being made to extend the offer to other German Comer Industries sites.
The proposed solution is not only very modern and financially attractive but has also met with great interest among the company’s own employees and applicants.
