LEAN PRODUCTION @ UNIPR

Course subjects will include the logics of strategic planning, the methodology of Hoshin Kanri and the topic of Lean Production and World Class Manufacturing.

The program consists of eight lessons at the university and two days of workshops in the Comer Industries production plants in order to develop problem solving skills, knowledge about the tools used, and to apply what they have learned.

At the end of the course, in addition to the test, there will be an assessment by Comer Industries on the skills and abilities acquired.
