The “Leader? Do it” project is starting

Today we presented to the students of Management Engineering of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia the initiative "Leader? do it ”. 

The project provides for a course realized in collaboration with our managers aimed at deepening the innovative organizational learning method Hoshin Kanri. 

At the end of the course the most deserving student will be awarded with a scholarship to support a training internship at Comer Industries and will have the opportunity to test in the field this innovative system. 

The initiative, carried out in memory of Oscar Storchi, is one of the many concrete actions that the company has set up with the aim of innovating organizational processes, starting from the training of talents of the area.
