The Lean Management expert Sadao Nomura in Comer Industries

"Improving people, processes and results: a lean masterclass with Sadao Nomura" will be an appointment dedicated to collaborative learning on the development of the principles and methods of Lean Thinking.

Sadao Nomura, Toyota's Senior Advisor, has been teaching the Toyota Production System for over forty years. It brought some of the company's most inefficient establishments to be, in just a few years, the best.

The event will also be an opportunity to present the experience and the results that Comer Industries has achieved in adopting this methodology, through the presentation of Matteo Storchi, President and CEO of Comer Industries and Professor Arnaldo Camuffo of Bocconi University.
